A 30° seat that holds the hips in the M-position, and cross-straps that keep the weight off your lower back.
The sloped seat supports the thighs rather than letting the legs dangle, which is what hip-healthy positioning means in practice. The X-cross shoulder straps spread load across both shoulders and the waist instead of concentrating it in your lumbar spine — the difference shows up after the first hour, not the first ten minutes.
