SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Rates
- Standard Shipping — $5.95 on orders under $50. Arrives in 3–7 business days.
- Free Shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
Processing and tracking Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Orders with several items Our products come directly from the makers and suppliers who produce them, so an order with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking.
Delivery estimates Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak periods can extend transit times.
Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and we're not able to replace orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
International We currently ship within the United States only.
