Shipping
How much is shipping?
$5.95 on orders under $50. Free on orders of $50 or more.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. You can also check it on our order tracking page.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products come directly from the makers and suppliers who produce them, so an order with several items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
How do I start a return?
Email sproutsmarter@gmail.com or call (407) 212-7388. Return addresses vary by item, so please contact us before sending anything back — we'll confirm eligibility and send you the right address and instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, if the item was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.
What can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons: skincare and bath products, pacifiers and teething items, feeding teats and bottle nipples, and reusable diapers, once opened. Unopened items in those categories can be returned as normal. Gift cards and sale items are also final.
Can I exchange something?
The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order, rather than waiting on an exchange.
My order arrived damaged.
Contact us with a photo as soon as it arrives and we'll replace it or refund you. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
The book
What's the difference between the hardcover and the paperback?
Same book, same 26 career spreads. The hardcover is the gift edition and holds up better to repeat reading; the paperback is the lighter, lower-priced option. Choose the one you want on the product page.
Who wrote and illustrated it?
You Can Be Anything! is written and published by Brett Joseph, with illustrations by Mercury Marthas. More on our Our Story page.

How do you choose what you sell?
Every item has to help a child grow, make a parent's day easier, or both — and be well made. More on that on our Our Story page.
Are your products safe for my child's age?
Age guidance is listed on each product page. Please follow it, and supervise young children with any item containing small parts.
Something is out of stock. Will it come back?
Usually. Get in touch and we'll tell you whether it's returning and roughly when.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet we can usually change or cancel it.
I entered the wrong address.
Tell us immediately. Once a package has shipped we can't reroute it, and we can't replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout.
